This is the third time we have participated in the KIOGE exhibition, and I really like this event. Especially this year, the presence of a large number of foreign companies is noticeable. We were able to establish contacts with several potential organizations. As for the preliminary partnership agreements, we have already had discussions with manufacturers from Germany, Italy and Spain. The audience at the exhibition is very targeted. We noticed that among the participants there are top managers of companies and engineering and technical staff who show great interest in our stand and our solutions. We plan to participate in the exhibition next time. For us, KIOGE is a key event in the field of oil and gas, where all our partners, clients, customers and manufacturers gather. This is the only site that unites all the key players in the industry, and we see a significant returns from participating in this event. This is very valuable for us, since everyone is in one place, and there is no need to waste time on trips.
We are participating in the KIOGE exhibition together with our French partners from SNF. This is our third or fourth time at this event, both in Astana and Almaty. Overall, the impressions are positive. This year, I especially liked the digitalization of the event - a very convenient ITECA.EVENTS application and the ability to schedule meetings through the personal account. Everything is automated, which greatly simplifies the organization. As for the preliminary partnership agreements, we have concluded a number of agreements with local and foreign partners. Unfortunately, I cannot disclose the details due to trade secrets, but I can say that the work was productive. The target audience at the exhibition was 100% interested in our products. We are the leaders in the market of Kazakhstan, and all our partners and customers are represented in Pavilion 11. As for participation in the next exhibition, we will most likely take part.
We regularly participate in events organized by Iteca, including exhibitions in Baku, Tashkent and Turkmenistan. The last time we participated in the exhibition was in 2018. This is the first time in six years that we are participating in KIOGE again. This is a really pleasant event for us, as we can meet with colleagues, both old and new, as well as with our customers. This is not only an opportunity to communicate with customers, but also an important moment for networking and finding new opportunities. We are quite well-known in the market, so it is quite rare to meet people who do not know about us. We meet old customers at our stand, which is very pleasant. However, the main purpose of our participation is not only to promote our key services, but also to present new solutions that some customers may not have known about. People who come to our stand are usually already familiar with us and are looking for something new. We believe that participation in the exhibition is a necessity, especially in light of the fact that KIOGE will now be held every two years. Therefore, we will definitely participate in the next event.
Our company is participating in the KIOGE exhibition for the third time, and this is one of the largest and most important events for us. We are preparing for it at least six months in advance, carefully considering every step. This year the organization was especially pleased, and it is felt that the level of the exhibition has increased. There were twice as many participants and stands, which increased the interest of the professional audience. The companies presented really interesting content, and the audience became more targeted and professional compared to previous years. Our company provides EPC services - we design, build, supply equipment and carry out repairs for processing plants. This year we have met a lot of new suppliers and potential customers. We also strengthened our relations with existing partners. As for the preliminary agreements, specialists from different fields, who carried out individual negotiations, worked at our stand. While it is difficult to say exactly which contracts were concluded, it will become clear later, following the results of the exhibition. Of course, we plan to participate in the next exhibition. We have already signed the application and selected the site. This is an important image step for us, as the company is growing and developing, and KIOGE is the best international platform for meetings with partners. This year, partners from China, Japan, France and Germany have come to us, which helps expand our horizons. We will definitely return to the next exhibition.
I am participating in the exhibition for the first time, although our company has previously participated and even took the first place in terms of stands. For me, this event is very lively and interesting, so far I like everything. The interest in our products has been significant, we have received many offers and look forward to further cooperation. I would also like to note that I would like to see more Kazakhstani manufacturers at such events, as their presence is very important for the development of the local market.

I can’t reveal the details yet, but we are interested in their solution for pipelines. We had good consultations and meetings with their engineers. In the future, I hope we will move on to paperwork and continue to develop our relationship. After such a successful participation in the exhibition, I am sure that we will continue to exhibit.
The KIOGE exhibition was held at a high level. As always, KIOGE provides an excellent platform for companies and potential suppliers to connect directly. We are happy with our participation.
We are exhibiting at the KIOGE for the first time in a long time. I liked everything very much, the organization is at the highest level. We liked the fact that we found additional partners who will help achieve our goals in efficient production. We found suppliers of goods, not only in Kazakhstan, but also abroad. We were also able to find potential customers who learned about us and became interested in our products. We were lucky with the location of our stand at the main entrance. The interest of the audience was very great, visitors stopped, were interested, learned about our company. There were a couple of detailed meetings where certain volumes were discussed.
The main purpose of participating in the exhibition is the presentation of our company, marketing. We were pleasantly surprised to learn about manufacturers in Kazakhstan, which we did not know about before, who offered us certain services. We were looking for them abroad, it turned out that they are also in Kazakhstan. We plan to take part in this exhibition on a regular basis.
Impressions of the KIOGE exhibition - we have something to compare with, last year we visited this exhibition in Astana, this year for the first time in Almaty. Since our head office is located in Almaty, it was easier. I would like to note the number of visitors, this year there are much more of them than in previous years, even before the pandemic. Our company has received many interesting contacts, expanded its base of suppliers, communication and acquaintances. We have strengthened the relationship with our regular partners. As for the organization, I would like to thank you for the hot meals. Because this is the first time in my experience of visiting exhibitions. Thanks to this, I did not have to leave the pavilion for a long time, to look for an institution nearby.
Regarding the composition of the participants, we met both our partners and competitors. The exhibition creates an atmosphere of friendliness. If we compete with companies at a distance, here it is considered as a partnership. And most often today’s competitors become tomorrow’s partners. The exhibition blurs sharp lines between companies and helps to establish a connection. It also gives us the opportunity to see partners, with whom you are negotiating remotely, in person. This contributes to better communications in the future. Live communication will never replace anything, and this is probably what we all missed.
This is not the first time our company - LUKOIL LUBRICANTS CENTRAL ASIA takes part in the KIOGE exhibition. We are always happy to be part of the project, because here we are gaining a large customer base. During the three days of the exhibition, many negotiations were held, additional agreements with customers on further cooperation were received. We have informed a large number of people about our products. Many customers did not know that our plant is located in Kazakhstan, but thanks to the KIOGE exhibition, they were able to get to know us.
Our main goal was to draw attention to our company - LUKOIL LUBRICANTS CENTRAL ASIA, to our products - motor oils, oils for various industrial areas. All goals were achieved in 3 days. And in the future we will be very glad to participate in this exhibition.
Our company - UFAGIDROMASH takes part in the KIOGE exhibition for the first time. For us, the most important thing was new acquaintances, new potential customers, whom we could find here, and agree on cooperation. There were companies ready to take our equipment immediately from the exhibition. But since this is stand equipment, this is not possible. We will bring all the equipment to order later. Regarding the audience, there was a lot of interest from the students. There are 6 people working at our stand, and we explained everything to the students and answered their questions. There were also a lot of profile visitors. Regarding the organization - everything is at the highest level, the professionalism of the organizers is felt.
We, AKSA KAZAKHSTAN, participate in this exhibition every year. AKSA KAZAKHSTAN is a Turkish brand, which is known in more than 170 countries, we have more than 25 own foreign offices. We have 2 offices in Kazakhstan: one in Almaty and one in Atyrau. We are satisfied with the exhibition. As leaders in market in our field, we annually participate in this exhibition, welcome our customers, receive new applications. Today at the exhibition we are demonstrating two stands: one inside and one outside. We received applications for the purchase of our new equipment, which we presented here, but the process is not fast, negotiations are still underway, we hope for positive results.
In connection with the recent events regarding the pandemic, many participants missed events of this kind. The number of visitors significantly exceeds previous years. People needed it, all industry experts came to visit this exhibition. There were preliminary agreements, we promptly processed many requests on-site, the volume of work increased even more. It is good to have work. There are no direct contracts yet, but it is expected in the future.
We are taking part in the KIOGE exhibition for the first time, although we have been working in Kazakhstan for two years. The exhibition for us is definitely profile, as the main major players in the oil and gas sector are represented here. Our main product is a service, services for installation of scaffolding, insulation, anti-corrosion protection and industrial high rise works. For us, the exhibition is interesting, our stand aroused great interest from both visitors and participants. We will be able to make final conclusions after the exhibition, having worked out all the contacts received. But within the framework of the exhibition, we have scheduled many meetings, upon returning to Atyrau we will work out all the agreements and hope that they will develop into cooperation that is beneficial for all parties.
Наша компания первый раз участвует на выставке КИОГЕ 2021. Так как сегодня только первый день, нельзя сказать, что ожидания от выставки оправдались – только начало. В целом да, нам понравилось. Я думаю, что завтра будет больше клиентов и будет более продуктивный день, чем сегодня.
Если брать процентное соотношение в присутствие целевой аудитории где-то в пределах 70 из 100, я думаю, что клиенты есть, но опять же повторюсь, так как первый день, еще, наверное, не все клиенты прилетели, думаю, что будет больше, чем сегодня.
Новых контрактов, к сожалению, нет, так как работать с РК тоже не так просто, и все так сказать взаимовыгодное сотрудничество начинается не с первого года, а можно сказать – в порядке двух, трех, четырех лет, вот только тогда возможно какие-то договоренности будут. А пока, можно сказать, разведка.
Что повлияло на наше решение участвовать в выставке? Во-первых, решение руководства поехать на выставку, показать свою продукцию, и так как много идет отгрузок на экспорт.
Мы первый раз участвуем в выставке, именно с коллективным стендом, но непосредственно в Казахстане делегации вывозим на постоянной основе.
Мы представляем Волгоградскую область РФ, коллективный стенд. На нашем стенде работают шесть волгоградских предприятий, соответственно мы ждем хороших результатов и взаимовыгодных экспортных контрактов. Сейчас идет только первый день – переговорный процесс в самом разгаре, мы надеемся на удачное завершение первого дня.
Но уже сейчас можно сказать, что это полностью целевая аудитория. Что касается нефти и газа, в данном случае мы нарабатываем наши контакты и надеемся на удачное проведение мероприятия.
Заключение экспортного контракта – это долгосрочный проект, он никогда не происходит за один день или на месте, тем более в такой отрасли, как нефтегазовая. Безусловно, наши компании отрабатывают до участия выставки потенциальных казахстанских партнеров, приглашают посетить выставку. Я надеюсь, что к концу выставки у нас будут определенные договоренности с казахстанской стороной.
Что повлияло на наше решение участвовать в выставке? Я думаю направленность повлияла на участие в выставке, потому что у нас программа государственной поддержка несырьевого неэнергетического экспорта и, соответственно, в выставки у нас имеют отраслевой характер и в нашем портфеле еще не было события по нефтегазу, соответственно, мы приняли решение делать коллективный стенд волгоградской области на данной выставке.
ООО «НПК «Маджента Девелопмент» впервые участвует в выставке КИОГЕ 2021. Мы представляем решение по управлению спецтранспорта для нефтегазодобывающих компаний.
Т. к. пока только первый день, еще говорить рано о эффективности, но люди интересуются, подходят, общаемся. Это наша целевая аудитория.
В нашей индустрии быстро сделки не делаются, поэтому это скорее первое знакомство с потенциальными заказчиками с надеждой на дальнейшее расширение отношений.
Что повлияло на наше решение участвовать в выставке? Пандемия пандемией, а бизнес бизнесом, как-бы производство не останавливается, поэтому наше решение также востребовано.
Мы приехали на выставку в первый раз именно сюда, но в подобных мероприятиях мы на территории Казахстана тоже участвовали, в Атырау, в Актау.
Естественно мы приехали на выставку, чтобы найти новых партнеров на территории Казахстана, с кем мы готовы сотрудничать и кто готов сотрудничать с нами. Считаю, что в принципе уровень организации достаточно на высоком уровне, единственное хотелось бы больше профильных посетителей, связанных с добычей.
Что повлияло на наше решение участвовать в выставке? Все-таки данные выставки это больше первое знакомство с потенциальными клиентами. В дальнейшем надеемся на заключение договоров и на длительное сотрудничество.
Основное направление деятельности нашей компании - это защита трубопровода от коррозии в нефтегазовом, нефтеперерабатывающем и жилищно-коммунальном хозяйстве.
В Киоге участвуем второй раз, это очень крупная площадка, где можно представить свою продукцию и предложить решение для проблем коррозии в трубопроводном транспорте при транспортирование различных сред.
На мой взгляд, это крупнейшие мероприятие в Республике Казахстан, где можно встретить крупнейшие компании нефтегазового сектора. Основная цель нашей компании -это поиск новых и поддержание теплых отношений существующими партнерами. Мы всегда рады новому сотрудничеству и решению сложных инженерных задач.
Компания НЕФТЕПРОМАВТОМАТИКА участвует в КИОГЕ впервые.
Наши ожидания от участия в выставке вполне оправдались, замечательная выставка, достаточно много целевой аудитории, в целом все хорошо.
О заключении контрактов говорить, конечно, пока рано, но договоренности определенные достигнуты, причем разноплановые и многообещающие.
Что повлияло на наше решение участвовать в выставке? Сложно сказать, наверное, желание развиваться и добиться еще больших успехов.
Участие в выставке дало возможность найти новых партнеров, узнать новые тенденции в развитии отрасли, обменяться опытом, достойно представить свою продукцию, провести комплексный анализ динамики, наладить конструктивный диалог между производителями.
Выставку посетили руководители крупнейших энергетических компаний. Центр поддержки экспорта Республики Башкортостан первый раз принимает участие с коллективным стендом.
В ходе проведённых В2В встреч компании Республики Башкортостан достигли хороших результатов. АО «НПП «Бурсервис» получила предложение по участию на 2022 год по ракушечному месторождению. АО НПО «Технолог» получено предложение от АО «НИПИнефтегаз» о строительстве совместного предприятия по производству химических реагентов для нефтедобывающей отрасли и проведению опытно-промышленных испытаний. ООО «Карбон Технлогия» поступило предложение от Акимата Западно-Казахстанской области по ведению совместного бизнеса. В рамках ответного визита в Республика Башкортостан намерена посетить компанию для детальной проработки вопроса. От казахстанских компаний поступили предложения по совместному ведению бизнеса, заключению дилерских договоров, запросу коммерческих предложений и направлению технических заданий для просчета.
Несмотря на сложную эпидемиологическую ситуацию в мире мы приняли решение об участии для того, чтобы презентовать уникальные технологии и разработки для отраслей топливно-энергетического комплекса башкирских производителей на территории Республики Казахстан.
